Adam Sandler bonds with his family even when he's shooting his blockbuster movies. The beloved comedy star began casting his wife, Jackie Sandler, in minor roles in several of his hits even before they tied the knot in 2003, and has continued the trend with their two daughters, Sadie and Sunny. Sadie, born in May 2006, and Sunny, born in November 2008 both have acted in their dad's movies since they were toddlers. The girls had their biggest roles yet in Adam's 2023 coming-of-age comedy, You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah, and were part of 2025's epic Happy Gilmore 2 cast along with Travis Kelce, Ben Stiller, Bad Bunny and Margaret Qualley. Speaking to USA Today in July 2025, Adam beamed with pride about his daughters' budding acting careers. "It is just all happening fast. Kids are growing up - they really are into acting and movies, and it's always been our thing to work with our friends and family," he said. "It's cool to see them getting better. They work hard and they go to school for it, and they love it. So, yeah, I'm just proud. Couldn't love them more."
