The doc crew and Oscar seem to be the only characters reappearing in The Paper (for now), but behind the scenes, the U.S. Office creator Greg Daniels is responsible for this series too, along with Michael Koman and co-executive producers Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant from the U.K. Office team.
