Jay Cutler was hit with a lawsuit over his 2024 DUI only days after he learned he would serve four days in jail over the arrest, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On Tuesday, September 2, Perry Lee, who was the driver of the car Cutler crashed his vehicle into while intoxicated, filed a lawsuit against the ex-NFL star. In the suit, obtained by Us, Lee said Cutler was "at fault for the collision." He said Cutler, 42, followed his car at an unsafe distance, failed to maintain proper lookout and failed to pay attention.
