Us obtained a report from the Frontenac Police Department detailing the incident on May 1 at Jim's home in Missouri. Jim's wife, Kortnie, was listed as the person who called the police and as the "victim." King, 40, was listed as the "subject" in the police paperwork, while Jim, 55, was listed as an "additional party." The report said Kortnie planned to press charges.
