Denise Richards will be calling her estranged husband Aaron Phypers' mother to testify in court about his alleged "abuse," Us Weekly can exclusively report. On August 29, Richards, 54, submitted her witness list for the hearing next week, and it includes Aaron's 84-year-old mom, Patricia Phypers. At the hearing, Richards is expected to argue for her temporary restraining order against Aaron, 52, being turned into a permanent order. Richards said Patrica will "testify regarding communications" she had with Richards "regarding abuse perpetrated on [Richards] by [Aaron].
