Now, the NFL player is spilling the details on how he's feeling in the wake of popping the question.

On the Sept. 3 episode of New Heights, the podcast he shares with brother Jason Kelce, Swift's fiancé was asked how he's feeling after he proposed to the "Cruel Summer" singer. The couple announced their engagement via an Instagram post on Aug. 26, sharing photos of the two in a pink and white flower-filled garden, later revealed to be in Lee's Summit, Mo. Swift captioned the post, "Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married."Speaking to Jason on the podcast, Travis shared that it was his first time introducing Swift as his fiancée to a few of his Kansas City Chiefs teammates. He called the experience "pretty cool."AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisement"I still get giddy," he said. "It's exciting times."When Jason asked if Travis had any "advice" for others looking to pop the question, Travis replied, "You gotta know your gal or your significant other. You got to know 'em. You can't let how somebody else does it make you feel like you need to do it that way."He noted that while you may "be able to get some ideas" from how other people do it, to get the "creative juices" flowing, ultimately, it's about establishing what your person wants. "I would just say, know your partner, know who you're doing it for, and do it for the right reasons," Kelce continued. "Everything else will be beautiful."Travis recently had his soon-to-be wife on New Heights, where she announced her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl. The two gave fans an inside peek into their romance, including how they first met. Kelce famously attempted to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it in 2023 at her Kansas City stop of the Eras Tour, but failed to do so. When Swift caught wind of it - and was encouraged by mutual friends to meet up with Travis - the two ended up going on a date.

He popped the question with a ring from Kindred Lubeck of Artifex Fine Jewelry, which he designed himself, per Vogue.
