He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."Osbourne, famously known as the Prince of Darkness, battled Parkinson's disease for years while dealing with other health issues, including infections and injuries.

'The Cosby Show alum Malcolm-Jamal Warner died in a drowning accident while vacationing with his family in Costa Rica on July 20. He was 54.
According to local police, Warner was swimming when he got caught in a rip current. He was rescued by people on the beach and taken to shore. He received treatment but was later declared dead by the Costa Rican Red Cross.
The Judicial Investigation Police said an autopsy of Warner was completed on July 22, which listed his manner of death as accidental and the cause as "asphyxia by submersion," CNN reported.
