Below Deck's Solène Favreau learned her lesson about respecting her boss after an "uncomfortable" interaction with Captain Kerry. During the Monday, September 1, episode of the hit Bravo series, Solène's bad work ethic caught chief steward Fraser Olender's attention. He attempted to put a stop to her constant breaks by asking bosun Hugo Ortega to have a chat with the deck crew about not distracting Solène. The stew quickly caught wind of the request and tried to track down who it came from.
