Tap to play GIF Tap to play GIF FX Fun fact: Bradley Cooper makes a blink-and-you'll-miss-it cameo in the Season 3 finale. With so many memorable celeb appearances over the seasons, it's hard to narrow down a favorite performance. Here's my comprehensive ranking of The Bear guest stars from "oh, neat," to "give them an Emmy NOW": Note: Actors who have more of a recurring role now like Molly Gordon (Claire) are not included on this list, nor are real-life chefs who cameo as themselves. 26. Amy Morton (Nancy) FX The Tony-nominated actor appears in the pilot as Nancy, the health inspector. It's a bit of a "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" cameo, though her character does have a big role in setting things in motion. I only wish we'd gotten to see more of her! 25. Alex Moffat (Josh) FX The SNL comedian pops up in Season 2 as Josh, who works at The Bear for about half a second. His short time as en employee comes to an end when Marcus catches him smoking crack in the back alley and immediately fires him. Moffat is great comic relief, but his appearance would have been more memorable if his character stuck around a little longer. 24. Molly Ringwald (Moderator) FX The legend, the icon, the moment: Molly Ringwald. The Breakfast Club star (or, if you're like me, you think of her as Archie's mom on Riverdale) makes an appearance as the moderator in Season 1. While her screen-time is very brief, her monologue about loving someone who struggles with addiction is too good to overlook. 23. John Cena (Sammy) FX Out of all the celeb cameos on The Bear, this one just might take the cake as the most random. Cena shows up in Season 3 as Sammy Fak, Neil and Teddy's brother. Although it's fun to see him pal around with the cast, his flashy appearance did take me out of the story a little. 22. Chris Zucchero (Chi-Chi) FX on Hulu / Courtesy Everett Collection Zucchero plays Chi-Chi, a childhood friend of Carmy and Mikey. His character doesn't have a huge role, but I have to give the show major points for casting the real-life owner of The Beef. 21. Brian Koppelman ("Computer") FX The Emmy-winning writer and producer is perfectly aggravating to watch as The Bear's finance expert Nicholas "Computer" Marshall in Season 3. He kind of makes you want to throw your phone at the screen, which means Koppelman did his job. 20. Mitra Jouhari (Kelly) FX on Hulu / Courtesy Everett Collection Best known for her work on Three Busy Debras and Big Mouth, Jouhari plays Claire's roommate Kelly, who begins dating Teddy in Season 4. I haven't seen enough of her character to have any particularly strong feelings yet, but I'm really loving the couple's adorkable chemistry so far. 19. David Zayas (David) FX Zayas makes a couple of short appearances as Tina's husband, who also just so happens to be named David. While the character isn't super developed, his sweet on-screen relationship with Tina and chemistry with Liza Colón-Zayas really stands out - probably because the actors are married in real life! 18. Sarah Paulson (Michelle) Chuck Hodes / FX on Hulu / Courtesy Everett Collection The award-winning actor plays Cousin Michelle in "Fishes" and "Bears," two of the show's most memorable episodes. She's a delight to watch alongside John Mulaney and has some good lines, but her talent could have been used even more. 17. Adam Shapiro (Chef Adam) FX Ahh, Chef Adam - the walking definition of "we were rooting for you, how dare you?!" The esteemed chef plays a sorta fictionalized version of himself, except his character also happens to (secretly) be a raging jerk. Most of his screen-time is limited to conversations over the phone with Sydney, but he sure is memorable. 16. Robert Townsend (Emmanuel) FX Sydney's dad is occasionally referenced in the first season, but it isn't until Season 2 that the iconic director-actor makes his entrance as Emmanuel Adamu. His relationship with Syd is both sweet and realistically nuanced, and Townsend and Edebiri do an outstanding job of selling us on their father-daughter dynamic. 15. Joel McHale (Chef David) FX The Community star is terrifyingly convincing as everyone's nightmare idea of a boss. The impact his abusive behavior had on Carmy can't be overstated, and it's jarring to see his nonchalant reaction when he's finally confronted for his behavior in the Season 3 finale. TBH, just watching him makes me anxious. 14. Kate Berlant (Georgie) FX Famous for her absurdist style of comedy, Berlant fits right in on The Bear - but not because her character will
