90 Day Fiancé star Leida Margaretha and her estranged husband, Eric Rosenbrook, informed the court they were not moving forward with her effort to legally separate, Us Weekly can confirm. Us obtained court documents filed by Margaretha, 36, and Rosenbrook, 47, on Thursday, August 28. The duo asked the court to dismiss the case brought by Margaretha on July 28. The paperwork shows Margaretha and Rosenbrook have two different home addresses in Wisconsin. "The above parties wish to dismiss the case without further court proceedings," the paperwork stated.
