Scott Wolf was granted a temporary protective order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, after she was released from jail on charges of alleged harassment, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On Thursday, August 28, a Utah judge signed off on Scott's petition. The former Party of Five star, 57, filed for the order the day before, the same day Kelley, 48, was arrested after she leaked his cell phone number on social media. A hearing has been scheduled for September 10, where Scott will likely be allowed to explain if he wishes to have the protective order extended. The Summit County Sheriff's Office public information officer confirmed to Us that Kelley was released from jail on August 28. Kelley was taken into custody two days beforehand. The actor told the officer who arrived at his home that Kelley had texted him multiple times. The officer noted that Kelley called Scott while he was at the home. He said Scott picked up the call and put it on speaker. Prosecutors Demand Kelley Wolf Be Banned From Instagram After Arrest The report said Kelley did not say anything and hung up. A couple of minutes later, Scott started to receive a "barrage" of calls and texts from unknown numbers. The officer said Scott "then went to Kelly's Instagram page, found and showed me a post which was just put up." The report said the post read in part, "Let's let dimples field his own press? Right? This old heffer needs a hug. And some steak!! And a night out!" Scott told the officer that Kelley was referring to him when she said "dimples." The actor received over 24 phone calls in the first 10 minutes from the first call, according to court documents. The officer said he drove over to Kelley's home after speaking to Scott. He said she refused to come outside to talk to him and only spoke to him through a window. Scott Wolf's Ex Kelley Seen Out for 1st Time Since Restraining Order Drama The officer noted, "I asked her about posting Scott's phone number on her Instagram account, Kelley would not respond to my question and instead started making counter accusations." Per the report, the officer told Kelley he had probable cause to arrest her and asked her to come out. "Kelly changed clothes, due to being in a bathrobe while I was speaking to her, and then came outside on the front porch," the Summit County Sheriff's Department officer noted. "I arrested her for the offense. Kelly was booked into jail for Electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment." Cops Called to Scott Wolf's Home by Unidentified Man Fearing His Ex The court documents revealed Kelley's family was "extremely concerned" about her. As part of her release, Kelley was ordered not to drink or use any drugs not prescribed by a doctor. She was told not to contact Scott or any other witnesses involved in the case. She has yet to speak out about the incident. Kelley and Scott wed in 2004 but announced their separation in June. Scott filed for divorce on June 10. The exes share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
