Utah prosecutors demanded that Kelley Wolf be banned from using Instagram after her arrest for leaking her ex Scott Wolf's cell phone number on social media, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On Thursday, August 28, Kelley was released from the Summit County Jail before 4 p.m., according to People. As Us previously reported, she was arrested on Tuesday, August 26, on charges of electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment. In court documents obtained by Us, prosecutors asked the court to add a provision to Kelley's bond that would prohibit the former The Real World star from using social media until further court order. The judge has yet to rule on the social media ban. The court did order Kelley to pay a $5,000 bond and issued a promise to appear at all future court hearings. She was ordered to participate in inpatient or outpatient medical "medical, behavioral, psychological, or psychiatric treatment." Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him." The two discovered Kelley had posted an Instagram Story where she wrote, "Let's let dimples field his own press? Right?" The report said Scott received 24 calls and multiple texts in the first ten minutes from the "time of the first call." The officer noted, "Scott said the phone number is to his personal phone he uses to communicate with his kids and this is causing a major disruption for him." Scott Wolf Awarded Restraining Order, Temporary Sole Custody of Kids The report said the officer drove over to Kelley's home nearby. He said Kelley refused to come outside to talk to him but spoke to him through a window. "I asked her about posting Scott's phone number on her Instagram account, Kelly would not respond to my question and instead started making counter accusations," the officer wrote in his affidavit. "I advised Kelly I had probable cause to arrest her for the offense and asked her to come outside so I could take her into custody." The officer suggested that Kelley be held in jail until she could see a mental health professional. An emergency hearing was scheduled in Scott and Kelley's divorce this week. Kelley has yet to speak out since her release from jail. Kelley and Scott, who share three kids, announced their split in June. He currently has custody of the kids.
