An Orange County Superior Court judge scheduled the trial to start on October 12, 2026, according to court documents obtained by Us. In August 2023, Revoy filed his first lawsuit against El Moussa, 43. The other defendants in the lawsuit were El Moussa's companies, Tarek Buys Homes and Digital Foundation Group, and El Moussa's business partner.
