Scott Wolf will temporarily maintain sole custody of his and Kelley Wolf's kids. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, August 26, a Utah judge awarded Scott, 57, "temporary sole physical custody" of his and Kelley's children. The pair share sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11. However, both Scott and Kelley, 48, will "share legal custody" that aligns with a parenting plan filed by the actor. If there is a dispute amongst the exes regarding their children, Scott will have "temporary final decision-making authority." The judge also granted Kelley "liberal supervised parent time," which was agreed on by her and Scott via their lawyers. Kelley will get "three supervised call/video calls per week" with her kids. If the children initiate contact with their mother, she will be "permitted to engage and communicate with them" in response. Scott Wolf's Ex Kelley Dropped by Lawyer After She's Accused of False Claims Scott and Kelley's children will have a "safe-harbor therapist," meaning that neither parent can interfere or inquire about the therapy process or what is said during their children's sessions. Scott will cover the costs for his children's therapy. As for the matter of Scott and Kelley's marital home, Scott was awarded "temporary exclusive possession" of the property. The court stated that Kelley's parenting time may take place at the residence, but it must be mutually agreed on by the individual supervising the visit. Kelley will "not enter or access the marital home" unless she is "exercising supervised parenting time." Neither Kelley nor Scott is allowed to discuss their divorce while their children are present. Scott has sole access to marital funds and will continue to pay for the pair's "normal and necessary expenses." The Party of Five alum will also temporarily pay Kelley $10,000 a month for her housing and living expenses. If there are charges made by Kelley from her and Scott's joint marital credit card, the amount will be deducted from the $10,000. Kelley and Scott will not comment or post about each other, their divorce or their kids on social media or to the media. In June, Scott filed for divorce from Kelley after 21 years of marriage. After news broke of their split, Scott and Kelley's divorce turned tumultuous. Kelley was seemingly detained by police after she made "concerning" comments amid her separation from Scott. Scott broke his silence earlier this month, denying Kelley's "deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations" against him. "I am now choosing to come forward and share that she has described to me her plans to 'make claims' about me, although she also admitted, 'I do not believe they're true,' in order to gain an advantage in what she sees as a 'battle' in court, and in the court of public opinion," Scott said in a statement to People. "In order to protect my kids, I am providing the text messages she sent to me where she describes this plan, so there are no questions about her intentions, or the malicious intent behind her false allegations made and/or planned for the future."
