Jay Cutler will have to spend time behind bars as part of a plea deal with prosecutors over his 2024 arrest, Us Weekly has learned. TMZ reported that the ex-NFL star (and Kristin Cavallari's ex-husband) pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI. Per the deal, prosecutors agreed to drop the three other charges filed against Cutler. The judge sentenced Cutler to four days in jail. He was ordered to pay a $350 fine, attend DUI classes, and have his license revoked for a period of time. After his release, Cutler will serve one year on probation.
