Chrissy Teigen had a total mom moment during her guest appearance on Meghan Markle's show and had to call in her husband, John Legend, for backup. During the second episode of With Love, Meghan season 2, which hit Netflix on Tuesday, August 26, Teigen, 39, stopped by Meghan's kitchen to eat sourdough bread, drink Thai tea and, of course, craft. But when it came time to remember her children's birthdays for a floral project, Teigen went totally blank. "I know you love flowers," Meghan, 44, said during the episode, telling her guest that they were going to make "little pressed jewelry, but we'll make them with the flowers of our kids' birth months." Teigen was instantly excited, replying, "So cute," but then confessed, "I have to look up what the kids' are." May, is that 16 or 18?" Teigen asked Meghan, before yelling to get help from her spouse, who came with her to set that afternoon. Legend, 46, sweetly replied, "Yes?" Teigen then asked, "Is it Wren? Oh no, who is this? Miles is May [what]?" "May 16, 2018," the Grammy winner yelled back, confirming the birthday of their second child. Meghan, meanwhile, let out a laugh, adding, "You've got a husband and a tattoo to help you stay on top of all the things." They welcomed their eldest daughter, Luna, in April 2016, followed by Miles two years later. The model revealed in 2020 that she suffered a pregnancy loss after giving birth to stillborn son Jack. Three years later, the family welcomed even more joy into their lives when Esti was born in January 2023. Their fourth baby, son Wren, arrived via surrogate that June. Her name is a nod to the late Queen Elizabeth II, whose nickname was Lilibet. When it comes to Meghan's connection to Teigen, she told the Netflix cameras, "I [hadn't] seen her in almost 20 years. "I was thinking about how many moons ago we crossed paths. That was [a] past life. That was good ol' Deal or No Deal land," Meghan said, referring to the women's time as Deal or No Deal models who held the suitcases revealing how much money contestants could win. Teigen laughed, noting, "I feel like our lives have had so many chapters and that one being a really important, funny one. I remember being basically a backup girl."
