Punjabi actor-comedian Jaswinder Bhalla passed away at the age of 65 at a private hospital in Mohali. He breathed his last at 4 AM on Friday, August 22, after suffering a brain stroke. The actor had been admitted to the Fortis hospital a couple of days ago after his health deteriorated. As per the doctors, he had lost a lot of blood as well. Bhalla's last rites will be held on August 23 at the Balongi cremation ground in Mohali. Born in Ludhiana, Jaswinder Bhalla is regarded as one of the finest actors in Punjabi cinema. He, along with his schoolmates, got selected for All India Radio in 1975.
