Kylie Kelce has been open about encouraging her daughters to participate in sports - the older three are already in gymnastics - but there's just one sport she won't let them try. "It's swimming," she revealed on the Thursday, August 21 episode of her "Not Gonna Lie" podcast. "Let me tell you why," she continued, as her guest, Hannah Einbinder, looked on in surprise. "I have a reason. I don't want to have to sit in a hot pool as a spectator and smell like chlorine when I leave when I never f***ing touched the pool. That's it. That's literally it. That's the whole reason." Kelce, 33, added that she enjoys watching swimming - from home - and that she was even the public address announcer for two swim meets in college. Jason Kelce Thirsts Over Wife Kylie's Gotham FC Appearance: 'Way to Go' "I'm good. I've seen what I needed to see," she said. "Your child swims, they're in the physical pool for a maximum of a minute and 30 seconds. I am so out. I'm so out." Both Kelce and Einbinder, 30, are former athletes themselves. Kelce played field hockey in high school and Einbinder was a competitive cheerleader. Kelce said she would be open to her daughters trying cheer, though she acknowledged the sport comes with serious risk. "All these guys want this brute force, oh let's tackle each other, let's physically bash each other together. But we can't acknowledge the physical threat that occurs when people participate in cheerleading," she said, discussing the propensity for cheerleaders to suffer concussions. Kylie Kelce Explains Why Family Has 'No Business' Getting a Reality Show Kelce shares four daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 4 months, with husband and former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce. She told Us Weekly in 2024 that her hope is to introduce them to "everything" with the hopes that they find their passion - in sports or otherwise. And if they're not interested in sports, she believes that Jason, 37, can help them with whatever they pursue. "I'm very much hoping they want to get involved in sports," she told Us. "But if they don't, Jason can help them musically. I can support them in other ways. So, no matter what they choose to do, whatever their activity of choice will be, I'm happy, but I am hoping it's athletics." She added that it is "a pain in the butt" how well-rounded Jason is. "I always tell everybody Jason is more well-rounded than people think," she said. "He was in competition jazz band and can play the saxophone. ... He's got it together."
