Marins-mom to a 6-year-old son-had been driving a motorcycle down a Brazilian highway Aug. 18 when she began experiencing mechanical difficulties and pulled off onto the shoulder, the Brazilian Federal Highway Police told NationalWorld. She was then hit by a "large" oncoming vehicle, which promptly fled the scene, authorities said.
