Denise Richards is taking legal action to get Aaron Phypers and his family out of the home they once shared together. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, August 20, Richards, 54, filed a declaration asking the judge to remove Phypers, 52, and his family from the house they lived in during their marriage so she can return to the property to retrieve some personal belongings she left behind following her move.
