In a subpoena, he demanded all her communications with the Gossip Girl alum about the lawsuit (as well as conversations with himself and his producing partner). But throughout the last month, he's sent out a process server to serve the 24-year-old on several occasions without luck. That's what led his lawyers to file a motion in court on August 12, pointing out they haven't been able to find the rising star.
