No. 2: Going at it alone Prince William and Kate Middleton won't have any live-in staff at Forest Lodge, but the couple's nanny, Maria Turrion Borrallo, who has worked for the family since Prince George was born, and their housekeepers are expected to live nearby in smaller estates. No. 3: A historical home Forest Lodge was built during the 1770s and purchased by the Crown Estate in 1829. Initially, the property was home to Windsor Great Park's Deputy Ranger. No. 4: Recently renovated Forest Lodge underwent a costly $2 million renovation in 2001. After the project was complete, the property was available to rent for $20,000 a month. No. 5: On-site amenities Prince William and Kate Middleton, who are known for being athletic, won't have to leave home to break a sweat with their three kids: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
