Emilie Kiser opened up about her state of mind while nearing the one-year anniversary of her son Trigg's death. Kiser, 27, took to TikTok on Saturday, May 10, to share that she'll be taking a mental health break from social media. "This is the month we lost [Trigg] from a preventable drowning accident," she said of her son, who died at age 3 on May 18, 2025. "This month has snuck up on us in a way we could have never anticipated." "It's just incredibly hard to process that it's been almost a year," Kiser said while tearing up. "I'm really struggling.
