The Boston University women's soccer team added a new member to its staff amid an external review into harassment allegations. Alex Thompson, who played for BU for two seasons from 2021 to 2022, was announced as an assistant coach last week. "I am so excited to join the program once again," Thompson said in a statement on Thursday, July 17. "It is an honor to be able to coach such an awesome group of women as well as to work alongside and learn from an intelligent and joyful coaching staff." Thompson joins the staff before the team begins its 2025 season on August 14.
