Knowing that reps' assistants would check out their mail before their bosses did, then-assistant Bailey and his friends would slip printouts of Internet memes into inter-agency communication envelopes for their colleagues to enjoy. "It gave us a little bit of a game to play during the day," explains Bailey, now repped by UTA.
