Netflix has ordered a third season of Mike Schur's comedy series A Man on the Inside, starring Ted Danson. The renewal comes two and a half months after Season 2 dropped on Nov. 20. It is is proof that, while Netflix relies heavily on the proverbial algorithm, it does not always base renewal decisions strictly on viewership, especially for comedies, which are generally not as pricey as dramas, making for a more advantageous cost vs.
