The 51-year-old was detained Friday in Knox County, Tennessee, on charges of aggravated assault, rape of a child and attempted rape of a child, according to inmate records obtained by Deadline. TMZ previously reported on the arrest. Preece is being held on a $150,000 bond, and he is required to wear a GPS tracker upon his release.
