Alfredo Muñoz Jr., 40, and Kelly Anelalani Muñoz, 34, have each been charged with single counts of murder, torture and assault on a child causing death stemming from the toddler's killing. The small victim in this case has only been identified as "Tilly S." Kelly is the girl's stepmother.
