Grewal died at the age of 45 in LaSalle, Ontario, on Tuesday, March 3. Police responded to a report of a stabbing that took place around 9:30 p.m. After she was found, Grewal was transported to a local hospital by Essex-Windsor Emergency Medical Services. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
