Kiara Advani spoke at length about motherhood and postpartum depression in a recent podcast. The actress welcomed her firstborn, Saraayah, with her husband Sidharth Malhotra last year in July. During her interview, she shared that motherhood is an identity shift and also revealed that her girl gang helped her sail through the post-partum phase. "Nobody talks about postpartum, and it should be spoken about more... It (motherhood) is such an identity shift. It is such a new world, and in that moment, it is difficult for the woman going through it to give herself grace. It takes time.
