Emmy Rossum has a special Mother's Day celebration in store. "[I will be] spending time with my kids," Rossum, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly at the New York City Ballet 2026 Spring Gala on Thursday, May 7. "I'll take them to swim and ballet in the morning and then we'll make - for the first time - a cherry clafoutis, which is like an eggy custard cake baked in a dish that has sugar and heavy cream." She added, "I used to make that when I was a kid with my mom and so I'll get to share that with them." Rossum and her husband, Sam Esmail, are parents of two.
