According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix, the transaction was officially registered on May 5, 2026. The apartment is located in Tower B of the premium Runwal Elegante project at Lokhandwala Complex, near Infiniti Mall in Andheri West, one of Mumbai's most sought after residential areas. The apartment has a carpet area of 1,369 sq ft and also comes with two dedicated car parking spaces.
