by Ellen DurneyBuzzFeedBuzzFeed StaffHi, I'm Ellen! I have a Spotify playlist full of all my favorite throwback songs from when I was a kid. It's great. But, occasionally, a song will come on, and I'll do a double-take at what the lyrics are actually saying. The most recent example of this? "Shake It" by Metro Station. What 11-year-old me thought was a cute song about dancing is actually packed with kinda creepy sexual innuendos. (Still an absolute bop, though). Metro Station / Columbia Records / Via youtu.
