Us Weekly can confirm Lopez, 56, has relisted the Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with Affleck, 53, for nearly $50 million. (The pair originally listed the 38,000-square-foot property for $68 million in August 2024 after purchasing the property for $60 million in June 2023.) According to online listings, the lucky new owner will be able to enjoy 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.
