A former DoorDash driver has been indicted on felony charges after posting a TikTok video of an unconscious, partially clothed customer she later accused of inappropriate behavior, Wonderwall.com can report. Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in an Oswego County, N.Y., courtroom on May 1 where she entered a not guilty plea to charges of unlawful surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image after sharing the video on social media. She faces up to eight years in prison. Henderson recorded the footage through the doorway of the man's home during a delivery on October 12, 2025.
