Britney Spears won't be facing any jail time! Following her March arrest, the pop star was charged with DUI last week. But on Monday, her lawyer was in court in Ventura County on her behalf, where he secured a great plea deal for her! According to TMZ reports, Britney's DUI charge was dropped by a judge after she reached a plea agreement with prosecutors. In doing so, she agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge of "wet reckless," or reckless driving involving alcohol and/or drugs.
