Getty Howard Stern is responding to the lawsuit filed against him and wife Beth Stern by their former assistant. Last month, Leslie Kuhn filed a lawsuit against the couple alleging that she was fired and experienced a "hostile work environment." Kuhn claimed that Howard and Beth presented her with confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements before and at the time of her firing. She is seeking "costs of this action" and other relief the Court "deems just." She also filed an amended complaint seeking the "right to speak freely.
