The former Bachelorette will appear in court in Utah with Dakota Mortensen on Thursday to hash out their protective orders against each other and determine a custody arrangement for their 2-year-old son, Ever. Remember, the former couple requested the orders against each other following an alleged domestic violence incident in February, in which both accused each other of being the primary aggressor. Dakota even reported Taylor for other alleged incidents of DV following her 2023 arrest.
