According to TMZ, Kelsea and Chase were spotted along West Side Highway in NYC enjoying a walk together on Wednesday. Of course, this would come after all the drama of them breaking up, getting back together, then breaking up again... You know the story! A close source said the two of them are on speaking terms again... But warned fans not to go jumping "heart first" into thinking they'll get back together.
