A fifth grade teacher has been arrested and charged following the alleged sexual assault of one of her students. The 46-year-old's former student is now 20, and he recently reported the alleged assault. He claimed that it took place a decade ago - when he was just 10 years old - and the details behind this are absolutely disturbing. The alleged abuse took place at Lewis Elementary School back in the 2016-2017 school year, when Cecilia Mueller was teaching a fifth grade class.
