Sean "Diddy" Combs is pushing back against a civil lawsuit filed by music producer and publicist Jonathan Hay, issuing a formal denial of the allegations in newly filed court papers obtained by Wonderwall.com. In Combs' April 24 filing, he and several affiliated companies - including Combs Enterprises, Daddy's House Recordings and Bad Boy Records - deny "each and every" allegation in Hay's amended complaint and argue the plaintiff is not entitled to damages. Although Hay filed suit in 2025, his complaint alleges the misconduct dates back several years.
