Karrueche Tran gave a sly hint that her private romance with Deion Sanders is showing no signs of slowing down. Tran, 37, liked an Instagram post made by Sanders, 58, on Tuesday, August 12, as the University of Colorado head football coach continues his recovery from bladder cancer surgery earlier this year. "Lord I thank u for the times it was just u and I & I cried out to u with no hesitation because I trust u in every possible manor [sic] there is to Trust," Sanders' post read. Speculation about Tran and Sanders' relationship kicked into overdrive last month when she was seen crying by his bedside in a YouTube video as he prepared to have his bladder removed. Tran eventually whispered, "We are dealing with bladder cancer. He is having his bladder removed." In another YouTube video posted the next day, Tran was seen helping Sanders out of bed after his successful surgery - which took place on May 9 - and helping the NFL Hall of Famer as he took his first post-surgery steps down the hospital hallway. "If you need anything let me know," one of Sanders' doctors told Tran. Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for Sanders and Tran for comment on the status of their relationship. According to TMZ, Sanders and Tran - an actress who has previously dated Chris Brown and NFL star Victor Cruz - were spotted together on a lunch date earlier this year. Sanders announced he had been diagnosed with bladder cancer during a press conference at the University of Colorado on July 28. "This wasn't easy," Sanders said. "Men, everybody, get checked out. Because if it wasn't for me getting tested for something else, they wouldn't have stumbled up on this." Dr. Janet Kukreja, the director of urological oncology at the University of Colorado, was on hand for the press conference and said that Sanders was "cured."
