Meghan King is getting candid about her cosmetic journey. "In the spirit of trying to remain looking the same age for as long as possible, I try to do little things along the way," King, 41, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, April 22. "This trifecta has made a profound impact on making my face and eyes more youthful." King revealed that she recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty, undereye fat grafting and ultraclear laser on her undereye area. "I still look like the exact same person," King said.
