He and the Prince of Wales haven't been seen together since King Charles III's 2023 coronation ceremony. According to their mother Princess Diana's biographer, the rift between the duo isn't just a tragedy for the royal siblings but for the entire monarchy.

"Everyone wants it to happen on their terms, but that's what makes it impossible," historian Amanda Foreman noted, referencing the Duke of Sussex's public statement that he's interested in reconciling with his family but not participating in the "institution" that is the monarchy. _ While Prince William and Prince Harry's relationship remains on ice, the siblings continue to protect and advocate for Princess Diana's legacy. The former Princess of Wales took her sons to local shelters and was an advocate for HIV/AIDS patients. Both the Duke of Sussex and the Prince of Wales have taken on non-profit opportunities aligned with their late mother's humanitarian work. William is working to end homelessness in the U.K., and Harry often advocates for children with HIV/AIDS in the Southern Africa.
