The Delhi High Court has granted an ex parte ad-interim injunction to Tollywood superstar Allu Arjun. This legal victory secures his personality and publicity rights against "unauthorised exploitation". The court ruled that Allu Arjun's "name, image, and voice are his exclusive property". His iconic dialogue delivery and unique gestures (which became popular after the first instalment of Pushpa) are also protected. These attributes are deeply linked to his public identity. No third party may use these distinctive traits for commercial purposes without his express consent.
