The reason for the nickname isn't just to protect their privacy - "Matt is so private, but he also loves the Daddy Gang," Cooper told W Magazine in April 2023 about her husband's reaction to her listeners - it's also because the couple first met during a business Zoom meeting. Kaplan, who famously dated Ashley Olsen in the early 2000s, is the CEO of Ace Entertainment.
