Authorities in Connecticut claim a daycare worker inappropriately touched a 4-year-old boy, leading to his arrest. A Connecticut State Police official confirmed to Us Weekly that Jan Carlos Berrios Otero was arrested late last month on fourth-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child charges. Berrios Otero, 29, had been working at a daycare in the wealthy enclave of Avon, a suburb of Hartford, the capital. The state police official confirmed reports Berrios Otero was accused of touching the boy's private parts during nap time on March 30 at BrightPath Daycare.
