While speaking about her preparation for one of her other films, Mother Mary, Anne noted that she kept listening to a Beyonce song to help her get into the character. Mother Mary, starring Hathaway, released on April 17, 2026 in the United States. It will be released nationwide on April 24, 2026. Hathaway revealed that she used to listen to the singer's song American Requiem repeatedly to prepare for the role.
