Vanderpump Rules alum Katie Maloney is offering a glimpse into her chic pad in the City of Angels. "I pay about $5,200 a month," Maloney, 40, told real estate influencer Caleb Simpson in a Wednesday, April 15, social media interview. "I've lived in L.A. for almost 20 years. I moved here when I was 20." Maloney offered Simpson a tour of her "good sized" apartment, which she shares with boyfriend Nick Martin, giving a peek at her living room with a fireplace, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and more.
