Josh Duggar appeared in court in an attempt to appeal his prison sentence just four weeks after his brother Joseph Duggar was arrested. Josh, 38, attended a Wednesday, April 15, court hearing in Fayetteville, Arkansas. According to a report from KHBS news, the former 19 Kids and Counting star appeared virtually from his Dallas prison. Per the outlet, much of Wednesday's hearing was focused on whether or not Josh filed his required paperwork by the required deadline. A decision is expected to be made in the coming weeks.
